Lovely apartment of about 50 sqm in the pine forest, 20 meters from the sea, with a large wooded and fenced garden. It is located in the pine forest of Eraclea Mare, immediately behind the beach. All costs included, except tourist tax and beach service.
The apartment is on the ground floor (3 easy steps to access) of a house divided into 4 units. The apartment enjoys the shade of the pine trees in the garden, making it cool and ventilated. It is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, with dehumidification and thermoventilation functions for the colder periods, satellite TV. All windows have mosquito nets. From the garden, a soft sandy path will take you to the beach in a couple of minutes.
The accommodation consists of a living area and a sleeping area, separated by a door. The living area includes a kitchenette (with single bowl sink, dishwasher, gas hob with 4 burners, medium-sized fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, pots and cutlery for cooking); living area (2 armchairs, 1 sofa bed -1 place-, floor lamp); dining area (sideboard with plates, glasses, cups, etc., table for 6 people, LCD TV (24") with TivùSat satellite system. The sleeping area includes 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, both bedrooms have a wardrobe and desk; 1 bathroom with window equipped with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and washing machine. The furniture in the bedrooms and the sideboards in the living room will be new for summer 2024.
In the common garden you will find a table for 6 with armchairs for exclusive use. Shared with other guests, you will also find an outdoor shower with cold water - to rinse off sea water and sand - and a drying rack for beach towels and other personal effects. The apartment is equipped with an exclusive drying rack.
The apartment has parking for 2 assigned cars in the common garden.
Blankets are available. On request, a high chair, cot for children up to 2 years old, iron can be provided at no additional cost, if available when requested.
The linen service is included in the rental and consists of: bed made on arrival and 3 soft sponge towels (face, shower and bidet) for each guest + some bath mats, 1 tablecloth and 2 kitchen towels per apartment. It is absolutely forbidden to wash the towels provided by us by hand or in the washing machine. Furthermore, please report any damage found or occurred to the linen, if the damage is caused by you there may be a possible request for reimbursement.
