The apartment is on the ground floor of a house divided into 4 units. The shade of the pine trees and the sea breeze make it always cool and ventilated. It is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, with dehumidification and thermoventilation functions for the less hot periods, satellite TV and mosquito nets on all windows. From the garden, a soft sandy path will take you to the beach in a couple of minutes.
The accommodation consists of a living area and a sleeping area. In the living area, an entrance leads to the left to the kitchen, separated by a door, and to the right to the large living room with dining area, also separated by a door; from the living room you access the porch; the sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a breakfast table and a small terrace, medium-sized fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher, single bowl sink and gas hob with 4 burners, washing machine. Pots and everything needed for cooking for 10 people are available. The living room consists of a dining area with a table for 10 people, 2 sideboards, with everything needed to set the table for 10, and a living area with 2 comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed (2 single beds or 1 double bed), coffee table, floor lamp and TV (32") with TVSat satellite system. From the living room, a French door opens direct access to the cool and ventilated porch with a table and 6 outdoor armchairs. The porch overlooks the garden of the house and is directly connected to the access to the sea. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 3 single beds, each bedroom has a wardrobe and desk; a bathroom with window complete with sink, bidet, shower and washing machine, a second blind bathroom with toilet and sink. In the garden, shared with other guests, there is a shower with cold water - to clean off the sand - and a drying rack for beach towels and other effects. In the porch you will find an exclusive drying rack.
The apartment
Blankets are available. On request, a high chair, cot for children up to 2 years old, iron can be provided at no additional cost, if available when requested.
The linen service is included in the rental and consists of: bed made on arrival and 3 soft sponge towels (face, shower and bidet) for each guest + some bath mats, 1 tablecloth and 2 kitchen towels per apartment. It is absolutely forbidden to wash the towels provided by us by hand or in the washing machine. Furthermore, please report any damage found or occurred to the linen, if the damage is caused by you there may be a possible request for reimbursement.
Final cleaning is included in the rental cost.
